Amazing view of the castle and surrounding grounds from the room. The hotel is conveniently located near the castle and public transportation. the hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
The room was a bit small and outdated, but this is typical of most Japanese business hotels. The hotel could benefit from some modernization.

The lack of Wi-Fi in the hotel was a major disadvantage for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel was located very close to local attractions and restaurants. The staff was helpful and accommodating, offering valuable advice for sightseeing. The room was comfortable and clean, with free toiletries and a TV. The hotel also had a strong and fast wifi connection, making it easy to stay connected.
Although the hotel offered basic amenities, it lacked a certain level of luxury that some travellers may expect. the air conditioning could have been better, as it did not cool the room as much as desired.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a beautiful castle. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the basic amenities provided in the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. I was lucky enough to be on the 8th floor, which offered breathtaking views of the castle. The location of the hotel, close to public transport, made exploring the area easy and convenient. Additionally, the breakfast with views of the castle was a delightful start to each day.
All aspects of my stay were fantastic.

The location was ideal, being close to public transport and just a stone's throw away from the magnificent castle. I was lucky to be on the 8th floor, which meant I had breathtaking views of the castle right from my room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities in the room were convenient, and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in providing toiletries. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet. Not only was the food delicious, but the restaurant was situated on the 9th floor, offering even better views of the castle. It was a truly memorable experience.
Everything was fantastic.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, even being patient with my poor Japanese. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. I was lucky to have a room on the 8th floor, which offered an amazing view over the castle. The breakfast room also had a view of the castle, making breakfast even more enjoyable with such stunning scenery. The hotel was also conveniently located close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.
